Our Sunday morning services begin with the children joining in with worship – singing, dancing, waving streamers, or sitting to listen and take in what's going on. We don't place any expectations on out children, so they feel as comfortable as possible! After about 20 minutes Teens (13–16 years), Transformers (3–13 years) and Mini Transformers (under 3s) go out to their own groups. Towards the back of the main hall there’s an area with chairs for parents and a rug for babies who are sleeping or playing happily and fairly quietly so parents can remain in the service. There is also a crèche room with an audio relay, where parents can be with their children who aren’t settled enough to stay in the service. In the crèche room you’ll find things you will need to keep your baby happy, and comfy chairs for feeding. Mini Transformers is for children from 18 months to 3 years who are happy to stay without their parents, thus enabling parents to join in the rest of the service. The group offers a range of activities and has at least two leaders present at all times. Transformers is our lively children’s ministry which runs alongside the Sunday morning service for 3–13 year olds. Our aim is for children to be transformed by the power of God and for them to transform their world as God enables them.
