Light Bite is for everyone, but the programme will be designed for the over 50s. Lunch will be served until 12:50 — this will be followed by a variety of activities starting about 1pm. A donation of £1:50 would be much appreciated.

There is no need to stay for the activities. Some just come for lunch and leave, others like to observe and others like to join in. How ever you want to make use of Light Bite you are most welcome.
