At Headington Baptist Church we have a range of rooms to hire.The church wants to make its facilities available to Christian groups, to charities and to community groups whose ethos and activities are in keeping with HBC’s values Charges are calculated as a flat-rate fee plus an hourly rate – current rates are available on request. The kitchen may be used without extra charge for making drinks only, but charges apply when food preparation is involved. Kitchen Procedures are provided when the kitchen is booked for food preparation. The building is accessible with a lift serving all three floors. Toilets are in the Basement. Please use the Contact Us page to make an initial enquiry. We will send you Room-hire Application Form and Conditions of Use document. Conditions for the Use of the Church Premises include
1.The User must ensure that during the use of the accommodation no person smokes and no alcohol is supplied or consumed in the building or courtyard.
2.The User will comply with the provision of the church’s transport policy (Old High Street is mainly a residents-only parking area - please use the car park at the back of Waitrose).
3.Where the premises are to be used by children, the User agrees to comply with the Government’s guidelines set out in the document ‘Safe from Harm’ or in an equivalent safeguarding policy.
